Scalp Micropigmentation
Local SEO · Clinic Group
OVERVIEW
CAMPAIGN SNAPSHOT
This scalp micropigmentation clinic group came to us with two treatment locations and a search presence that hadn't caught up to their growing reputation. Local SEO was the priority — getting the right patients, in the right cities, to find them before a competitor did. Over a four-month push, we lifted organic sessions by 10% in a single month, moved 169 keywords up the rankings in that same period, tripled SEO-attributed leads month-over-month, and grew local search impressions by up to 20% across both clinic locations.

HOW WE GOT HERE
1. Cleaning Up Cannibalised Content
The clinic had multiple pages competing for the same searches, quietly capping how high any of them could rank. We identified the overlap, deoptimised the weaker pages and consolidated intent onto the strongest ones — patient work that took a few months to pay off, but freed up rankings that had been stuck for a long time.
2. Publishing for Commercial Intent
Alongside the cleanup, we published new content built around the questions patients actually search before booking — treatment guides, cost pages and comparisons — rather than generic educational content. It worked: pricing and treatment pages became the strongest traffic drivers in the account, with one cost-focused page alone pulling in over 200 monthly visits by the end of the engagement.
3. Strengthening Local Search
With two physical locations to support, we ran a full citation audit, tightened up Google Business Profile activity with weekly posts and review monitoring, and kept a close eye on map pack visibility. Local impressions rose by up to 20% across both locations as a result, with several priority local keywords climbing from page two into the top 3.
4. The Payoff
Over the four-month engagement, 169 keywords improved in position in a single month alone, and a top local commercial keyword moved from position 8 to 3. Most importantly, SEO-attributed leads nearly tripled month-over-month — proof the traffic gains were translating into real enquiries, not just vanity metrics. This was also where we began laying groundwork for AI-driven search, well ahead of most in the category.
